The electric furnace is divided into two sections: preheating and
heating; the forming heating plate is automatically closed and
opened, and the start-up can be delayed after the heating plate is

are reduced, energy is saved and the stability of the plastic sheet
is enhanced.
The molding station is equipped with positive and negative pressure

The mold is clamped by pressing plate, which is convenient for
adjustment and installation.
Using the manipulator to clamp the feeding mechanism, the operation
is stable, the synchronization is accurate, and the stroke can be
adjusted arbitrarily from 150-230mm.
The main motor adopts frequency conversion speed regulation: the
number of punching times can be adjusted from 10 to 20 times per
minute, and the appropriate number of punching times can be set
according to the length of the stroke and the difficulty of
forming.
